Avocado Cream Sauce
Servings: 8 Serving Size: 1.5 Tbsp
Equipment: chef's knife, food processor or blender, measuring spoons, mixing spoon
Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 garlic clove, peeled

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

¼ cup plain greek yogurt
-
2 tbsp sour cream
-
1 ½ lemon, squeezed
-
¼ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp pepper
-
2 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Remove peel from avocado and place all ingredients together in
food processor or blender except for the water.
2. Process until desired consistency and add water 1 Tbsp
at a time to thin salad dressing.
3. Store in an airtight container once finished in the refrigerator.

Use as dressing for salads, bowls, burritos, etc.

Add in diced jalapenos or peppers for an added kick
