Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients:
- ½ can chickpea
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder and salt
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ⅙ cup flour
- ⅛ cup applesauce
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- ¼ cup chocolate chips, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend Chickpeas in food processor until they are smooth.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips until combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips and pour into greased baking tray or cups
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Variations:
- Instead of chickpeas you can also blend white beans in the same amount into this recipe.
- Use vegan chocolate or use gluten free flour to make this recipe fitting for any dietary choices.
- This can easily be cooked in a mug in the microwave for 30sec-1min for a more cakey consistency and for convenience!
