Avocado Cream Sauce

Servings: 8      Serving Size: 1.5 Tbsp

Equipment: chef's knife, food processor or blender, measuring spoons, mixing spoon


  • 1 avocado

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled

  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt 

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 1 ½  lemon, squeezed 

  • ¼  tsp salt 

  • ¼  tsp pepper 

  • 2 tbsp water 



1. Remove peel from avocado and place all ingredients together in

food processor or blender except for the water.

2. Process until desired consistency and add water 1 Tbsp

at a time to thin salad dressing.

3. Store in an airtight container once finished in the refrigerator.




  • Use as dressing for salads, bowls, burritos, etc. 

  • Create a bigger batch to have throughout the week and add flavor to your meals

  • Add in diced jalapenos or peppers for an added kick
