Oriental Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (6oz) Oriental Ramen noodle packages
  • ¼ cup of slivered almonds
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 package of broccoli slaw or coleslaw mix (~1lb)
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled, defrosted 
  • Dressing: 
    •    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
    •    1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
    •    1 tablespoon olive oil 
    •    2 teaspoon honey
    •    1 seasoning packet from Ramen Noodles
