Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked whole wheat penne pasta
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
