Show Details: On today’s episode we have Dominique Henry a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Northern Arizona University and a  Bachelor of Nutritional Science degree from the University of Arizona.  As a member of the Diné (Navajo) Nation, Dominique respects and understands the importance of cultural sensitivity when providing communities and patients with nutrition education. She shares with us many traditions from her family and some great resources for those looking to enjoy more information and tastes from her culture. Enjoy this one!
