  • ½ sweet onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
