Ingredients

  • 1(15 oz.) can cannellini beans
  • 1(15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1(15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
  • ½ jalapeño
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, diced
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
