Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1 apple, shredded
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons plain, low or non fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
