Smoked Salmon and Vegetable Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped (or dried)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 oz. smoked wild salmon (about ¼ cup)
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • cooking spray, as needed
