Salmon Avocado Sushi Roll

Ingredients

  • ½ cup short grain brown rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ¾ tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • ¾ tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 4 oz. sushi grade salmon, raw
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 sheets nori (~ 4” wide)
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi, powdered 
  • About 1 tablespoon of water
