Quinoa & Garbanzo Bean Veggie Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ white onion, minced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, minced
  • ½ cup broccoli, minced
  • ¼ green bell pepper, minced
  • ¾ cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons fennel
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa
  • corn starch or flour
  • cooking spray
