Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 16oz reduced-sodium vegetable broth
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup cool water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
