Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots (~3 cups)
  • 1 package pre-cut butternut squash (~ 4 cups)
  • 2 green bell peppers (~ 1 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons Moroccan spice mix
