½ cup canned corn

½ cup canned black beans, rinsed

3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

¼ teaspoon chili powder

2 limes, juiced

3 orange bell peppers, stemmed and seeded

¼ cup shredded pepper jack cheese

½ cup chunky salsa
