Hearty Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons  lemon juice
  • 1-½ tablespoons  tahini
  • 2 tablespoons  water
  • 2 tablespoons  olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon  salt
  • pepper to taste
