Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid (milk, almond milk, or water) 
  • 1 cup greens (spinach, kale, or chard)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of any fruit (fresh or frozen) such as: pears, strawberries, apples, mango, pineapple, blackberries, etc.
