Ingredients

  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 grapefruits, peeled and sectioned 
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 avocados, cut into chunks
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup poppy seed dressing
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
