Energy Bars


  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats*
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cooking spray

*Although oats are naturally gluten free, they can become cross-contaminated. If you prefer to avoid gluten, assure that the oats you use are labeled gluten free.
