Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can low-sodium cannellini beans
  • 1 cup frozen edamame, defrosted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs 
  • water, as needed 
  • salt and pepper, to taste
