Collard Veggie Burger Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • ¼ cup parsley, minced
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¾ cup wilted collard greens
  • cooking spray, as needed
  • ¼ head collard greens
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
