Ingredients

  • 2 Roma tomatoes 
  • 3 ounces fresh mozzarella 
  • 8-10 basil leaves 
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
