Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1scoop (~1oz) soy protein powder 
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds 
  • 1/4 cup rasins 
  • 1/4 dried apricots, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup all natural almond butter 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
