Today Dr. Duncan from the College of Public Health joins us to talk about the course he teaches to college students and the overall theme of the benefits of plant-based nutrition as part of your daily patterns! There is great information in this episode and got us all thinking about living a balanced life!

You can turn them on or you can prevent them from getting turned on and so on, this course we're going to talk about two things that I think are very essential in turning on or upping the risk of these conditions.....
