A hands on culinary crash course for college students!


  • Last Tuesday was our “Better Your Breakfast” class and the morning (and not so morning) people came out in force!

  • Join us at 5:15 PM tonight for our “Better Your Breakfast” class where we’ll teach you how to prepare Crepes, Energy Bars and Zucchini Hash browns! We’ve all heard time and time again that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet it can be difficult to make this meal a priority as a busy college student. In tonight’s class you will learn three new breakfast recipes that will leave you never wanting to skip breakfast again!

  • Last week we put a healthy spin on three of your favorite comfort foods!


  • This past Tuesday was our “Sushi Night” class and it was our most popular class yet! The class was a crash course to fine sushi making and everyone had a good time.

  • Last night was our “Guilt-Free Desserts” class in celebration of Sex Talk Week and Valentine’s Day. The class featured some of our tastiest recipes yet! We learned how to make healthy desserts without sacrificing the flavor.

  • Get your sweet tooth ready because Tuesday, February 10th we are cooking up some mouth-watering guilt-free desserts! We will spend the class showing you some healthy ways to indulge by making Apple Cookies, PB Banana Chocolate Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt Blueberries.

  • Last Tuesday, January 27th we kicked off the Spring semester with our “Snacks and Starters” class! We demonstratd how to make snacking flavorful and healthy.

  • On Tuesday, January 27th we will kick off the new semester with our “Snacks and Starters” class. The focus of this class will be to show you how easy it is to entertain and snack in a healthy manner! We will be making savory stuffed mushrooms, mouthwatering roasted chickpeas, and cauliflower tater tots that have all the flavor and none of the guilt!
