A hands on culinary crash course for college students!


  • Students strolled into our Fuel Your Workout Class on Tuesday ready to learn how to fuel their bodies right pre and post workout this new year! They were greeted with a delicious and nutritious Post Workout Shake filled with protein powder and protein-packed peanut butter as well as healthy spinach and blueberries for a healthy kick of sweetness.

  • It’s the New Year and time to get back on track with your health goals!  Hitting the gym regularly can be difficult, so it’s important that when you do go, you have enough energy to power through your exercises and maximize your gym time.  This coming Tuesday, Cooking on Campus will inspire you on your journey to a healthier you by teaching you recipes that incorporate the best foods to fuel your workout and help you recover.

  • ‘Tis the season of gift giving!  And what better gift to give than something handmade by you?  Plus, avoiding the overwhelming crowds at the mall is always a bonus!  We will teach you how to make food gifts that your friends and family will love from the comfort of your kitchen right in time for Christmas!  Our selection of holiday-inspired recipes are sure to help you check a few gifts off your list this season:

  • It’s finally Pumpkin Season and we know everyone is just as excited as we are!  Get even more excited because our next class is All Things Pumpkin.  We will be whipping up 3 delicious pumpkin-themed recipes:  Pumpkin Protein Dip, Turkey Breast with Pumpkin
