Cooking on Campus

A hands on culinary crash course for college students!


  • This past Tuesday was our Spice It Up! class.  Students were greeted with strawberry and mint Infused Water.  In this class, we showed students how to use a variety of spices and herbs to add a little flavor to their favorite foods.

  • Next Tuesday, Cooking on Campus will be holding our Spice it Up! class.  Spices and herbs not only add flavor to your dish, but also provide additional health benefits.  We know that with all the choices of herbs and spices out there, it may be a little intimidating at first, so let us help you add a little spice to your life!  Here’s a few facts about some of the seasonings we will be using:

  • This past Tuesday, our Heat Your Heart Out class was filled to capacity with eager students, ready to cook up some delicious and heart-healthy Valentine’s Day recipes.

    We started off the class by making a Kale Caesar Salad with Chickpeas.  This protein and vitamin-packed salad is both healthy and delicious!

  • Valentine’s Day is approaching and Cooking on Campus has the perfect date night prepared for you and your special someone.  Join us on Tuesday, February 9th for our Heat Your Heart Out class featuring an array of Valentine’s Day-inspired recipes that are great for your heart and your sweetheart!   

  • Students strolled into our Fuel Your Workout Class on Tuesday ready to learn how to fuel their bodies right pre and post workout this new year! They were greeted with a delicious and nutritious Post Workout Shake filled with protein powder and protein-packed peanut butter as well as healthy spinach and blueberries for a healthy kick of sweetness.
